Be ready to do the leg work. The only thing that ever got done was in direct relation to the reality he was about to get canned.....then, magically, things would be done in 5 minutes. He didn't take time to learn the case and nearly messed up the entire workman's comp case that my husband endured for 2 years (1 year at this "attorney's " hands..... he told us 4-6 weeks) He called the insurance company attorney by her first name and talked about her in a friendly tone and didn't want to step on her toes. At mediation, he let her leave at our final offer and allowed the mediation to go on for 12 days. The only thing he was ever consistent of during the whole ordeal was saying "well, I don't know what you want me to do about it." I could go on for days..... in my opinion and review, a plunger gets more crap done than him and is far more useful.
