Dr. Sorbera and his staff were very pleasant and helpful. He explained the system and provided a lot of helpful information. He followed up on my progress and responded to emails and phone calls promptly. I lost 17 lbs in 2 months and have been able to keep it off.

He lies about what the program is all about. First thing he says is you can eat what you want and that he will not sell you a bunch of stuff. Next meeting he tried to sell us a bunch of pills, drops, and creams. He also wanted us to change our meals. He rushed through it and didn't let me ask questions. We filled out a lengthy questionnaire and he didn't bother looking at it that much. He had someone else come in to figure out how we would pay. She was rude didn't answer my questions. He also said on day one that it would cost as much as other programs (example cost he said were $1200 to $2000) his program he wanted for us was $1000 per person atleast...that's close to the other programs.
