Well I was looking for a furnace guy in yellowpages.com. I came across alot so I want by who was the closest to my town and called 5 guys. The first Guy Mark S came by and he was very nice and went over everything from A to Z about what he would do and replace. Before he left he said even if I don't get the job make sure furnace guy does A,B, and C and he left.The next four guys ran in and looked said hi and bye and mailed esimate. The esimates never said any of the things Mark had said he would do. So when I saw in writing what Mark was going to do and also pictures of furnace and hot water heater , I was very impressed. So I called him and he said he would started in about two weeks I said fine. Well not even a week later my hot water tank blow up. I called mark sunday night and said is there anyway you could put in water heater sooner. To my surpise he said how about tommorow morning I was floored. He came next morning with his workers and got job done. Told me step by step what they where doing. Then week or so later came to do furnace. Mark never left once and made sure everything run smooth.They went above and beyond on the whole job. I'm very impressed by National Furnace and would tell anybody who wants a honest,hard work to call them. P.s they also put up with my kids questions and answered them like they were incharged.
