Dr. Tavakolis goal is to improve patient outcomes with a conservative approach.Dr. Tavakoli earned his graduate degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas.As an Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Tavakoli treats hip and knee arthritis, extremity trauma, fractures, shoulder pain, rotator cuff tears, knee injuries and chronic hand conditions.Outside of work, Dr. Tavakoli is very active outdoors. He enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling, gardening, spending time with family and his Goldendoodle.
