I have been needing to write this review for a bit of time. I have had my teens orthodontics done by Dr. Nord and it has been an amazing experience! First, the staff is so wonderful and efficient-- I have NEVER had such a smooth billing, insurance, appointment scheduling, record keeping experience like this-- FANTASTIC! Dr. Nord and his employees work hard to help each individual feel like they are the most important part of their day and I love that! Kudos to a wonderful group of people who have kept old traditions of great customer service a true reality today!
