I would never come back to this shop. The prices are outrageous and they try to justify it by making customers believe their surgical grade steel is something special. It's not, it's the same grade jewelry and piercing supplies that ever other shop uses. When I took my roommate here for her 18th to get her lobes pierced a second time they wanted us to pay $30.00 for the piercings plus an additionally $30.00 for the cheapest jewelry they offer. I have 12 piercings myself from shops near my home town and NEVER have I ever seen such ridiculous prices. Some of their jewelry was priced as high as $53.00. This shop is a rip off and not worth the money.

I don't recommend splash of color for many reasons. I myself just turned 18 and I hate nothing more than being treated like I don't belong or don't fit it. They were flat out rude about all of the questions I asked as if I wasn't being serious. One of my friends tried joking with them to lighten and the mood and it was just rudeness again. So aside from the shady customer service, the prices are ridiculous.

I have to say this place has such a good energy and feel to it. It is super clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable from a phone call to greeting to follow-up. I spoke with Emily on the phone and she spent a good deal of time speaking with me BEFORE I even walked in the door. I had my nipples pierced by Renee and Andy (done tandem). Both Renee and Andy were excellent. They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. In fact they did such a good job I decided to go back for a VCH. Renee is definitely someone who wants to make sure you are happy with your experience and piercings. During the VCH she wanted to make sure she was placing it just right for me and consulted with Kevin, the lead piercer. He was very nice and made sure I was OK every step of the way. I would highly recommend all three piercers to anyone! I see a lot of people complain about the price, but in my opinion you pay for quality and Splash of Color is definitely worth it!
