the office lady that works here has poor patient communication skills..she told me if i got exray copies there be no charge for a consult withe the dr.then i get them and try make an appt then get another storythat it be 80 dolr charge ...then she try calling the other day and never leaves a message ..i call back and she says oh i have ten things im doing now and said she call back and never did ...now is this what you would call a profressional office..
