Provided by YP.comI have been having issues with this bank due to an error ion their processing I had to rewrite a loan, when I finalized the loan the FIRST payment was posted incorrectly. I was told to ignore the amortization schedule I had been provided and just keep paying. In addition I have been trying to get them to correct a duplicate deposit notice for three years. My emails go unanswered they are totally non responsive.
If any one else is experiencing issues please contact me I know if there are enough of us we can make something positive happen here..............
