Had taken girlfriendso car in requested they fixed what was leaking didn't fix it the first time after them saying it was the water pump, so we brought it back a second time they said the steering rack was leaking, now the car is leaking yet again after having over 900$ into worthless repairs they will be reported to the BBB.

I had a horrible experience with this garage. They improperly repaired my car and I had to pay for a tow, rental car, and to have the work redone right. The owner refused to take the car back and fix it right or refund my money. All in all I am out almost $800 for a thermostat.

Rapids Auto does good quality work. I'm a very picky person when it comes to letting a garage work on my vehicle, but these guys know what their doing and stand behind their work. They offer good quality parts, and their prices on parts and labor are very reasonable.
