The doc is OK, but the staff and scheduling - UGH, the WORST! They don't answer the phone, don't return your calls, put you on hold forever, you name it and they will screw it up. When you do finally get an appointment you can expect to sit around for an hour before the doc finally sees you. It doesn't get any more unprofessional than this - I won't be going back to NEW JERSEY UROLOGIC INSTITUTE.
