I was contacted by Aaron Recovery by mail about a overdue payment. I called & spoke to a man about the bill & he asked that I send him proof of everything. I did that same day, it was over a month and I never heard from him about the information I sent him. I then received a letter saying I refused to pay & have refused to contact them!! I called the same guy back and he argued with me and said we have nothing further to talk to and hung up on me!! Worst customer service I've ever received!!

We signed up with Aaron Recovery in September 2013. We contacted them in March 2014 for clarification of their reporting procedures as we never received reports or confirmation on accounts sent to them. We were cancelled by them and treated rudely for this simple inquiry. A representative of this company became very irate when they were questioned regarding the reason for cancelation. I would not recommend this agency due to the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service!
