Eclectic Middle School is a learning center that is governed by the Elmore County Public School System, which serves more than 10,000 students through over 15 elementary, middle and high schools. Located in Eclectic, Ala., the school educates nearly 530 students in grades five through eight. It provides Title 1 and special education programs. The school s academic curriculum includes English, math, science and history. Eclectic Middle School operates a student council and robotics and rocketry clubs. The school also supports a range of sports activities that includes cheerleading, basketball, softball, volleyball and wrestling. It operates a parent-teacher organization that supports social and academic activities. In addition, Eclectic Middle School offers guidance counseling and medical care.
