Run don’t walk away from this disorganized, unreliable mess of an organization! No communication about when they would be around. No change to the appearance of the lawn. This spring mailed me an invoice for poison traps we didn’t even know they left on the property claiming we were to return them... And the last straw was today when It became clear they were lying about blowing out our sprinklers in the fall! When we tried to get the system up and going this year, the primary valve was broken outside. Now the owner Steve Hanlon is replying “Sorry we did not blow yours out.” I told him I would be sending him a bill that I expect paid in 30 days and his reply was “yea right”! I’m hoping you see this posting over and over, Steve.
