Fantastic company. Honest, great work ethics, and found the problem in our slab that many plumbers could not find. In fact a plumbing company told me to call Pipe Down. The owner is awesome and takes care of his clients. I am disabled and was concerned about the process of fixing the leak. Dave Stafford walked me through the process and the job was done in a very short time. He actually called me several weeks later, to see if the flooring had been put in, and if I was satisfied. Finding the leak with his cameras and fixing the leak was his job, not the floors. Who does that. Calls you several weeks later to make sure the whole process went smoothly with the flooring company. This guy really knows how to run a business successfully, and takes care of clients. Incredible experience with this phenomenal company.
