Unreliable repair scheduling. Don't expect them to keep their promise. Trevor will blame his coworkers for making a promise he can't keep. Unfortunately their solution is to charge you to rent their gear while they keep yours... No status call, no apology for not starting work until after the repair was committed to be done. When they rent they are very strict about YOU returning on time or they charge penalties. That is understandable but boy, they sure do not hold themselves to their own standard.

All I needed was a 'key' for the flywheel on my Totor called a couple places they said I would have to drop it off and they would get to it next week. Y\Took my mower to Miller's, they pulled the flywheel changed the 'key' and charged me a whole one dollar and 92 cents. Pretty good people. Couldn't bit the service nor the price.

I CALLED MILLER'S ABOUT A PARTY WE WERE PLANING THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. WE ENDED UP WITH AN OUTDOOR PARTY COMPLETE WITH ACANOPY, TABLES, CHAIRS, CHINA AND LINEN. THEIR STAFF SET THE TENT UP, EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND READY TO GO. THEY WERE HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS, I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I think I know every guy down at Millers now that my remodel is finished. They helped me come in on time and under budget. Every time I needed a tool they had it, and they could even show me how to use it. This was my first remodel, and I didn't really know how to do everything, so their knowledge and service was much appriciated. They are always nice and friendly when I go in (they were before they even knew me by name) and the equipment was always in good condition and well cared for. I would recomend them to anybody.
