we have corporate clients and I go the LAX airport to make changes to their flights.

This carrier does not take 3rd party payment or any payment over the phone?? Who does that??

You must go and do it in person.

Finally after 10 times of going to LAX this persian lady @ LAX -told me I don't need to come the the airport anymore. She will keep my card in file and just send her email for date change. last week I sent her an email about a date change. She never got back to me so later in the week I follow up with a courteous phone call & they told me she was out for few day. Since I was in no rush I just waited for her until I had an explosive phone call from her today. She went crazy on me. She tells me I have NO right to call her etc. Sounded like she was off her medication or something.

She was the one offering the service to us. This is the second crazy persian lady I come across in LA.



I do not recommend the staff at LAX or El SEgundo or an airline which does not accept payment over the phone or email.

In this fast paced life style we don't have the time for Emirates traditional ways of doing business.
