after dealing with the idiots at aamco transmission, i went to elgin automatic transmissions. they charged me half as much as aamco, and i have an unlimited mile warranty. it cost me $4500.00 to get the same trans rebuild from aamco. they would only give me a 30,000 mile warranty, and guess what... when the warranty was up, so was the transmissions life. so what i'm saying is, these guys no what thier doing! i've already drove to florida and back, from chicago, and my transmission hasn't so much as leaked a drop of fluid! thanks for not burning the hard working guy, vince at elgin auto. trans. you'll have my business for life!
