Provided by YP.comThe Customer Service at this UPS location is STELLAR. The store reps are knowledgeable, attentive, helpful and friendly. They really seem to enjoy their job. Tammy Taylor, the owner and Notary, has helped me with loads of legal documents (scanning, printing, copying, notarizing, shipping) ~ on time and perfect execution. She is SUPER helpful ~ even willing to notarize at my location when/if necessary. I have also used their storage services (Cherokee) with great success. I highly recommend this store to anyone. It is my favorite business in Elizabethton. Five star experience every time!
