The most horrible salon I have ever visited. Got my color retouched and the color was so different it looked as if I needed to have the color retouched when I left. Charged me wayyy too much for the service. Charged by the amount of color the stylist made up- not by the service provided. Management unconcerned with complaints- never made any effort to correct problems. This reviewer has been to other Aveda salons such as Pure Salon and Spa, and Joseph's; both top notch, but located in Louisville.

this is a very nice salon! the nail tech did a gread job on my mani/pedi and she was very nice. the gal that did my eyebrow wax did a great job. and the stylist that did my updo did exactly what i wanted! i had all of this done for a military ball and i had a lot of good comments! the salon is very classy. overall i was very impressed!
