Been going here for 10 years. Very disappointed. Medical side is awesome. Glasses side leaves a lot to be desired. Women working there are rude and snooty. I have nothing nice to say, so I say no more.

The people at Speedy Specs go above and beyond the call of duty. We needed my son's glasses fixed before an international trip, but we forgot to pick them up. It was totally our fault. The Mortensens and Sean went way out of their way to help us get the glasses after hours. We could not be happier or more grateful.

Our large family has had our optical needs taken care of at Speedy Specs for years and we have always been impressed with their accomodating customer service and attention to detail.

Medical side is great, optical side is the pits. If you expect them to help aide you in the search for new frames, think again, and if you ask for help they consider you difficult. If customer service is high on your list, don't go here or you will be disappointed.
