I purchase wine from Caps & corks on a regular basis. All employees/ owners are always friendly and courteous every time. Prices are very competitive to local discount liquor stores too! Sorry about the bad experience someone had back in 2008. I hope more people take the time to post a comment about their service now. Seems to be a busy store and when I am there the owner/ employee at checkout knows the customer by name?? Very nice people! Possibly new owners since 2008?? Try them out! You won't be disappointed!

Visted the store and spent about $30.00. The clerk bagged everything in a single paper bag and when I arrived home to remove the bag from my car, the bottles fell through the bag and broke in my driveway. While picking up the glass I cut my hand. I returned to the store to ask if there was anything they could do. The clerk was very rude and refused to help in anyway. As i was leaving the clerk stated "enjoy your bloody hand." It is needless to say I will never go to this store again, and "word of mouth" travels fast!
