My mother paid 270.00 for heat oil last week this past Wednesday she was to have the oil delivered they never came. Thursday the 8th came and she called them they said the drive way was not cleared of snow she told them it was taken care of and to please come now and give her the oil. The lady said she would have to Wait till next week when she has no heat in her home for the last 3 days give or take. This is not ok. The lady refused to give her her money back aswell. do bot get any heat oil from these people unless you have everything cleared for them.
