I have been going to this Dynamic Repair Shop at Dutch Broadway for many years since they are recommended by my neighbor. But this time I would say that I will never go there again. Enough is enough for over billing and dishonesty. This is my 3rd visit for my car sensor/check engine issues and I have paid them thousands of dollars for replacing car sensors and labor with same issue still persists.

My resent visit was to get inspection. Computer found that one sensor has failed. They charged me close to $400 to replace the sensor and ask me to drive 50 miles to do the inspection. When car is brought after 50 miles driven, they told me that 2nd sensor is bad now. I have already changed all the car sensors last year 2012.

Out of frustration I took it to another mechanic and he found that cable between sensor cable and Catalytic converter were never plugged in. He plugged in and car shows no sensor or check engine issues. When confronted to Dynamic, they just walked away, did not return money or old sensor or offer any kind of fair deal. They are dishonest and will do anything to make up and jack up your bill.
