We put an adt system into our home 3/10. It is currently 8/10 and as of this far we have not had many problems with the company. I have tried to call them to have my phone numbers changed but the girl kept hanging up on me. The man who installed the system didnt give us any information or have us set up any information like the key word your suppose to say if the alarm goes off. I also had a problem with my billing one month and i emailed the man everything he needed just for him to tell me that they credited my account instead of taking the money for my system. If i had to do over again, I would go with the actual ADT people, not an authorized dealer.
