Lodging in Ely Minnesota. We offer new two and three bedroom, luxury, lake view log cabins, with knotty pine furniture. Enjoy the large sun deck with picnic table, charcoal grill, and a view of the lake. Fully equipped kitchens include cookware, bake ware, utensils, coffeemaker and microwave. All bedding and linens (except kitchen and bath towels) are furnished. Internet access available in all cabins. Deer Ridge Resort is located on 35 acres of pristine woodlands with over 2,500 feet of shoreline. Garden Lake is one of four lakes on the White Iron chain of lakes. Garden, Farm and White Iron have no motor restrictions and South Farm is in the motorized portion of the BWCA. Fishing is the most popular pastime, but we are also a family-oriented resort. For the family we have an interpretive nature trail, playground, swim area, horseshoe court, badminton, frisbee golf and float plane rides right from the dock. We are also in walking distance of the Kawishiwi Waterfalls. Other area attractions include the Wolf Center, Dorothy Molter Museum, Ely shopping, and nearby golf.
