I stopped by Monroe when my car started making a weird noise and my windshield wiper had snapped off. I am far from a car wiz and John took the extra time to really explain things in laments terms without making me feel stupid like a lot of the big dealerships do. After John explained what was going on with my car and how they were going to fix it, Billy took it upon himself to come out and again go over what needed to be done and kind of time frame I was looking at. I will no longer be going to the big dealerships! Monroe is the place to go!!!!

I was very happy with the service here. I used to go to another place in town, but I was never comfortable there. I'm typically getting service for oil changes and maybe one major (unwanted) thing a year. I don't usually write reviews, especially since I hate spending money on cars, but I was very happy and felt good after speaking with the manager there. 5 stars from me.
