I just thought I needed to mention this stores great service I bought a Blackberry Curve. Not only did they show me how to use it, they set up my e-mail and got it working with my laptop they went way above my expectation of a cell phone store. I normally go to the dreaded Park Meadows store you know the one with the long waits. I will only take care of my cell phone needs at Experience Wireless from now on. I will also send any friends or family there.

I went to Brain with and issue with my service he not only solved my problem he got me on the right plan and saved me money. I would highly reccomend his store to anyone looking for a great customer experince.
