Provided by YP.comThis is by far the best preschool in Englewood. My son can't wait to go to school every morning and that's a wonderful feeling for me. The center is really clean, the classrooms are filled with artwork and activities. I really like that my son's teacher communicates with me everyday in written and she will even text me pictures :) I am a very happy mom and would highly recommend this preschool to anyone.

Provided by YP.comAt 1st I loved the school because they did help my son, and they went above and beyond to help him adjust to having a new baby brother (he was having some behavior issues), then one day out of the blue the director Kristen told me that my son was no longer allowed to return...I would have been ok with this had she been honest 2 wks prior when I asked her if I should start looking for a new daycare. The director told me I HAD NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT AND THEY WERE GOING TO WORK WITH US AND MY SONS "temper tantrums". The director was dishonest, and very decietful. Totally disappointed me and left me absolutely SCREWED with no warning, and no notice, and no one to care for my child the next day, and I had to rush around trying to find a new school for him. The entire staff knew my son was being kicked out and all acted very strange and treated me awful when I went to pick my son up that day. IF YOU HAVE A PERFECT 2 OR 3 YR OLD THEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO...if your child isnt 100% PERFECT then I recommend going somewhere else!!!! The reason for the way the school has changed for the worst is: the director set a new "3-strike-your-out-rule" aka POLICY to basicaly get rid of all the "bad kids" and keep the "good kids" (if your child hits, kicks, or so much as throws a toy) they will be sent home (1st offense), slapped with a suspension: MINIMUM 2 DAY SUSPENSION (2nd offense), then kicked out (3rd offense)...in my situation I was shocked bc this policy went into effect and the very 1st time my son acted up he was kicked out. SO BEWARE BECAUSE THE DIRECTOR WILL LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU NOT TO WORRY AND THEN SLAM YOU AND TELL YOU YOUR CHILD IS NOT TO RETURN Godforbid they act out in the slightest bit!!!!
Some of the staff there are great..and some are very backstabbing and decietful. Totally depends on which teacher you get, as to what quality of care your child will receive. My son attended there for almost a year and every time i went in it was very chaotic, and unorganized except for in Ms Julies or Ms Kristys room...everywhere else seems like a zoo!! So to sum this up: this school use to be great until all the new policies and dirctor trying to do a "sweep" of the children that can be a little difficult at times. As I said before: IF YOUR CHILD IS PERFECT AND YOU NEVER EVER HAVE ANY BEHAVIOR ISSUES YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO STAY AT THIS SCHOOL!!!!! AND BEWARE OF WHAT THE DIRECTOR TELLS YOU BECAUSE SHE IS VERY DECIETFUL!!!
Foundations has a firm policy that ensures the safety of all children and staff members. Our staff is willing to work with children to the best of their ability and within the centers resources. Not all centers will match a child's needs and its important to recognize that when it is time.

Provided by YP.comThis place is amazing, you'll never want to go anywhere else. My daughter has been going for about 2 years and the staff turnover is very low. I also love the enrichment classes and field trips. She is always so excited about going to school and we have made so many friends.
