We have used Dieterle for years on multiple jobs and are always pleased with price and service, very courteous and efficient.

I wish I could rate this plumber on their work and not their work ethics but it did not work out that way. We called to have them fix our bathroom plumbing and was told we would have a plumber at our home 'late' in the afternoon. We were desperate and agreed. Come 5pm...no one showed up or called to tell us they would be late or not showing up. No... they let us find that out the hard way.... they just never showed up....at all. We never got even a phone call. We called early the next morn to tell them to take our address off their list and we would call a new plumber.

I have had Dieterle Plumbing & Heating replace my main water line in my yard and they have completely re-plumbed my utility room after a renovation. On both occasions I requested a quote in advance. I was notified that a licensed plumber and a helper would be needed for both projects and I was given the hourly rate for both the plumber and the helper.In both instances the workers that came to my house were very polite and worked efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner. I kept a keen eye on their work and I did not feel there was any time wasted. I have been extremely satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

Dieterle Plumbing & Heating I guess have been in business since 1970 ripping people off by charging $60/hr for a plumber and without disclosing the fact they are going to charge you $35/hr for an "assistant" who basically stands around and watches the work get completed while getting paid for it. When confronted about the almost double overcharge of the original estimate they said most people want an assistant because it takes less time to complete a job. I guess it is automatically assumed that people will jump at the chance to save time and money with out being asked first if they would want to pay for a helper on the job. So by having another person help with the job that still took them 4 hours to complete i saved time and money???? I recommend seeking plumbing help elsewhere to avoid being overcharged.
