You say you are twenty four hours, but today you aren't accepting calls? Sometimes people lives are on the line, it is not the season to just NOT be accepting calls, I am stranded right now actually, wanted to be very rude, but instead I just wanna let everyone know how angry I am that all the supposedly "24 hour locksmiths" aren't always there when you need em... Very upset and cold.

Our experience with this company was terrific! We needed to get into a storage locker, and one call later, we were on the road to success. Quick, inexpensive, and friendly. SOS Animal Shelter greatly appreciates these good people!

Enterprise Precision Locksmith has superior customer service, with a very skilled staff. Clint is very friendly, knowledgible, he always provides prompt & competant services. He had all the parts and equipment needed to complete the job at my home. He even took my old key an redid it to work in the new locks so I didn't have to have extra keys made. They are very reasonably priced an go above an beyond to ensure the job is completed to the clients satisfaction, not to forget he cleans up when the jobs done. I highly recommend Enterprise Precision Locksmith if you need any work done at home, office, even your vehicle. We have used them many times for many different reasons.

We were visiting our daughter in Ft Rucker,Al,lost our our car key and this was the only place able to cut a transponder(chip) key,they were very not very helpful,said there was a storm in Florida(three hrs away) and worried my doors would get wet and ruin my electronics(door window switch?) I'm trying to get a simple key cut and get back on the road to St Louis and could care care less if my door gets wet.So,long story short 4 hours later and no rain,he calls and says owner is shutting company down for two days,so much for helping a customer in an emergency,if you need help don't waste your time with these people. They don't even deserve one star.
