I have a BMW 330xi. A number of repair places don't even have the diagnostic computer for this car, Superior Auto does. I have had my radiator reservoir tank replaced by them. Later the air bleed screw, which was not part of the new reservoir, broke and they replaced it at no charge. Also, very shortly after they did the work I noticed some plastic cowling under the car, was vibrating. Thought it might have been something they missed screwing back in. Took it back and the damage was because I had hit a rather large rodent that had broken the cowling. They removed it and charged me nothing. Also, had them replace my front axles and the work was great, price was great. They could have easily charged me for both the bleeder screw (parts and labor) as well as the rodent damage to the cowling, also not their problem. This is the definition of going above and beyond what was expected. They do great work at a great price.
