When ordering flowers from their website the arrangement is not remotely close to the image being advertise. Very poor customer service and very rude. When the mistake is on their part, they make the customer out to be wrong. Delivery is a problem, usually don't deliver as promised. Iam very dissatisfied with this flower company I highly recommend using another local florist.
