The receptionist does a poor j...

The receptionist does a poor job at service! When you call, she has an attitude and IMMEDIATELY places you on hold. Not only does she places you on hold when you call, she DOES NOT return to the phone. She needs receptionist/customer service training. Also, their is no friendly or caring environment (go figure) of the sense you are being taken care of with some concern. I would not recommend this establishment for animals its so terrible. Well..Good luck!
