We live in Atlanta and we were passing through from our vacation from Florida and stopped by for dinner. The waitress Keisha was very friendly, and constantly refilled our drinks and checked on us. When we got our pizza it didn't taste right. Something with the dough. Well we never complain and felt bad but I told get and she immediately apologized and said they would make another one. Then the man came out and apologized and said it would be right out. He brought it out and said they took it off the bill too. We told him he didn't have to but he insisted. Him and Keisha had excellent customer service skills. They were both so nice and took care of it. We will stop by every time we go to Florida now.

This Pizza Hut location has "ok" tasting pizza, and I say just ok because it tastes like the pizza has sugar in it, which isn't desirable. Also, this location almost never participates in the offers that are seen on TV or even the offers sometimes sent through mail from the establishment! I have also experienced this particular Pizza Hut not even participating in having a new pizza that the franchise introduced. In addition, ordering online is a bad option for this location because I have experienced putting in an order online and the order not even being put in at this establishment and they could give me no other explanation other than someone forgot to put it in. If you want good pizza, good luck at this place!
