I believe Springfield store of Ace Buyers should let the owner and only female that work there go and have the rest of the guys run the store other wise transfer the good employees to Eugene Store and shut Springfield down. The owner and female are low brow liars that doesn't deserve to work with public. They need jobs like washing dirty laundry or dishes where they don't have such opportunity to take advantage of our good people. I turned them in and never heard anything back but I have not been back to store maybe they got a good stiff fine one could hope..

We have all seen "Pawn Shop reality shows with cool honest people ...well this place is just the opposite. They will lie to your face...cheat you if they think they can ...and steal when all else fails. They sold accessories off my AR15 and sold all of the ammo that went with the gun during my redemption period and when I redeemed it they tried to tell me that a 30 day grace period didn't apply ..when they had just told me the week before that it did... RUN AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS AS FAST AS YOU CAN !!!! AND GET A HOLD OF ME IF YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF THEIRS...ITS TIME FOR THE STATE TO PUNCH THEIR TICKET !!!
