Bad experience with Acorn. The way they're screwing me is through my deposit. They appear to charge their tenants for the basic costs of maintenance when they leave instead of footing the bill themselves, for things like interior paint jobs and replacing light bulbs. In fact, they charged me $35.25 to replace a single light bulb when I left. Further, I'm convinced that they had their employees review the company under aliases so it registers as 5 stars, but is actually much worse. Don't rent with them if you ever want to see deposit money come back.
