Don't even think about using this place. Call some place in Albany or Salem any place but here. My nephew and his bride rented a tent chairs tables table cloths. they arrived 3 hours late tables in poor condition chairs filthy some with blood and seat missing on one. Missing tablecloths. The panels for the tent weren't for that tent and they were muddy. I made 4 phone calls to them and Lester was to call me back...Well, Lester I am still waiting. There were some many things that wrong and they didn't seem to care they were so full of excuses. Excuses are like assh*les everyone has one and they stink!!!! Too bad you have to give them one star because they don't deserve that.

Horrible!! I had my wedding in North Bend, Oregon a few weeks ago and had rented a very large tent, chairs, tables, and linens for my wedding reception. (Just shy of $3,000.00)The company was suppose to arrive around 10 am and then tent was suppose to be completely up around 1pm.They delivery was 5 hours late showing up to the venue!! Anyone who has planned a wedding know that decorating and setting up for the reception takes time. Well they showed up at 3 pm with the delivery and didn't have the tent up until 6 pm.This was after all of our groomsmen unloaded all of the chairs and tables, and set all of the chairs up at the ceremony site (275 chairs)Also...,I had called the company at 10:45 am that day (when they were at that time 45 minutes late to ask where they were....the lady said they were running about an hour late therefore I should be expecting them in about 20 minutes)I'd also like to mention...the company truck was seen about 30 minutes from our wedding venue having a sit down lunch at 12:30 (already 2.5 hours late) and didn't show up until 3 pm!!We didn't get to our rehearsal dinner till 9 pm :( (originally scheduled at 7 pm)Horrible service and the owner has yet to call us back or make the situation right. We've called them a handful of times. I'd give 0 stars but I had to have a minimal of 1

Staff was helpful, and the bounce house was in great condition. My five years olds party was a hit! Thanks Action Rental!

This place is terrible! We had good experiences before the change in ownership, but don't go there unless you enjoy being charged full price for things that don't work, and rude employees.Stay away!!

What a bunch of junk to rent! Unbelievable! Nothing works right and you are still charged full price! Stay away! Stay very far away!
