On time, kind, service at very difficult time of day.

Just caught a ride to Roseburg from Eugene with this company. I’ll lay this out as simply as I can.
1) A human answered the phone on the second ring and quoted me a reasonable price.
2) Showed up when he said he was going to.
3) Driver ( Frank) extremely polite and looks to shower at least once a day.
4) Car was so clean that it was like it just came off the showroom floor.
5) No funky smells or anything sticky from the driver or the car. (It’s Eugene it’s worth mentioning twice).
6) Pleasant conversation with driver.
7) Driver obeyed the law and didn’t make me nervous in any way.
8) Arrived on time for under quote.
9) Offered to stay until my ride arrived.
Highly recommend, what else could you possibly need or want from a taxi company?

While on a recent trip to eugene I rode with this company. The car was clean as a whistle ( loved the color ). My driver was courteous. If I recall correctly her name was Robin. I will use Cascade Cabs again on my next trip !

Very comfortable and safe driving experience with a friendly and professional driver. Can't beat it.

After waiting on hold for 10 minutes with another company, my son suggested I try this company, as he had used them before, and had their card. I got a human on the line right away, he showed up exactly when he said he would. The car was clean, he was polite and funny, and he gave me his number for a ride home. He arrived promptly to pick me up and waited until I was actually inside my house before driving away. Highly recommend!

The company answered on the first ring, and sent a very friendly guy, in a nice clean car. I will call them again! They seemed to be cheaper than the competition, and I like saving my cash!
