Do not go here. The staff is belligerent and uncooperative. I was refused the opportunity to speak with my assigned provider and hung up on when I did not accept an incorrect summation of my issue. The staff talked over any attempt of mine to rephrase my request.

To say that I had very bad experiences with this clinic would be an understatement. This clinic is an example of the clinics that see so many patients every day that their patients are no longer people to them. I won't go into all of the issues that I have had with them, it would be too long, but I know I can't be the only one.



I know this clinic is cheap and that's why I went to this clinic, but there is a reason why it is so cheap. Unless you are dealing with something very, very simple, do not go to this clinic.

Every time I come into Charnelton Community Clinic to see Dr. Jennifer, Everyone has been kind, helpful and informative. The medical staff I have are always kind, professional and helpful. I have no troubles coming here.
