Provided by YP.comTai is the GUY! Brought him my dead TV at 10:30am Friday. I thought it would be a no-TV weekend for sure (other repair places had said it would be 3+ days) and the Academy Awards AND last episode of Downton Abbey on Sunday. Woe is me. He said he'd call in the afternoon with an estimate. He called before noon and said it would be ready at 3:30pm and it definitely WAS. He had the parts on hand and knew exactly what the problem was. Not only that, he REMEMBERED me from two previous purchases/repairs over 10 years ago. He has an amazing memory for faces. Go Tai!
