Do not move here. I lived in Forest HIlls Apartments for over one year. They raised my rent over $250 ($1000 for a one bd one bath!) over that time, and have now sent me a bill upon move out for carpet replacement because their washing machine broke and flooded the apartment and they took over 3 days to fix it. The carpet pad was damaged and we had to live with an extremely noisy fan in the carpet for a week. Parking is horrible, drug addicts roaming the bikepaths around the community come in and dumpster dive, and there is dog feces all over the community that will make your dogs sick that mgmt. says they "can't do anything about"And now, after I cleaned the apartment thoroughly before moving out (bc I am a good tenant!) I have to pay $800 because I don't have pictures or the money to take them to court. Apts seem fine when you're living there with no maintenance problems yet- good luck upon moveout!
