The hygienist was rude, adversarial, and sarcastic. I asked her what part of my child's mouth showed signs of poor cleaning and enamel loss, to which she replied "did the doctor show you? well then I guess you CAN'T see, can you? When I asked her to tell me again, she asked if I knew the terms for the surfaces of the human tooth, implying that I was too ignorant for her to tell me! She flat out refused to answer my question, when in fact, this information should have been VOLUNTEERED! This woman was so rude that even the young children picked up on it. I will never go there again.
