VERY unprofessional. If she quotes a price for her service, be sure to get it in writing. She quoted me one price then half way through tried to itemize each call, e-mail and visit we had. She Sent me an astronomical bill, and when I argued that bill, she added more to the original agreement.
I do not recommend her services.
