If this is Larson who also has a realtor wife (Carlotta?), well, besides him being THE WORST dentist I’ve ever, he allows his wife to extract patient’s info to solicit HER realty business! Um, this is seriously ILLEGAL! The first day I saw Larson (sorry, he’s so bad I can’t respectfully call him “Dr.”) he walked into the room, had his back to me for like 10 min., never saying hello! And when he did finally turn around he did NOT introduce himself nor say hello nor smile! He just ‘jumped into my mouth’, treating me like I was not there, like a cadaver (and he was at least 50s then, older to know better re: bedside manners!). When he works on your mouth & often for long durations, he NEVER asks if you were ok, needed anything, etc. I can’t tell you how many times I nearly had to beg to have him give me a break after having my jaw cranked open for 45 min at a time while he worked on my molars. He always seemed ‘put out’ when you’d break up his work with these ‘annoying’ discomforts. Have you ever had to have your mouth opened to its very max widest for 45 min.? Man-o-man, it’s uncomfortable! And dare he give you a foam wedge to help keep your mouth open! Not only that but I swear he created work (crowns) that didn’t need to be done, like doing major work on my molars when I swore that work had already been done a couple years before by another dentist. And, lastly (like that’s not enough!), even tho I’d told the whole office (+ Larson) that I was paying out of pocket & they absolutely needed to tell me about anything (procedures) BEFOREhand....but they NEVER did! They got me for $30 a pop 3 times for a fluoride 30 second swish & spit! If someone pulled that on me now, you know they’d lose me as a patient, not be paid + also be reported to the Dental Licensing Board. He supposedly retired some years ago, then came back. I wonder if his license had been suspended? He surely doesn’t deserve even 1 star but you have to give a star rating to leave a review!
