Karen, the owner, was the best. I called to order a balloon bouquet for my best friend who recently relocated to Eugene, OR. I explained what I was looking for and my price range and Karen assured me she could take care of my needs. She was excited about the project and I was surprised at the number of balloons that could be included for the price range I requested. Karen even asked questions to make sure she got the balloons delivered at the best time. Thanks so much for helping me celebrate my best friend's birthday from so far away!
