Everyone at Sunday Properties has been very helpful in helping us find our new place to call home. They were EXTREMELY busy, but answered my questions quickly and promptly. Since I believe that reviews should be based off of facts and NOT biased opinions here is my observation.



-They were very, very busy so I made sure that I got right to the point each time I called in and when I went in to see them.



-I was able to see the homes I was interested in as soon as they were available and on the same day which was great!



-The application fee was only $20 each adult which was very reasonable. (I did have to write a check though since they don't accept debit or credit)



-Overall, they were all very efficient and they were friendly. It was a positive experience and I would recommend them to others. They were honest, forthright, and efficent... what more could I ask for?

Carol Sunde is NOT a good landlord. She is very rude to her tenants and treats them terribly. I am certain she is breaking some tenant/landlord laws. If you want your landlord to be mean and talk down to you, choose Sunday Properties.
