I order 3 happy meal w/ apples sida & extra go- gurt
I did't get ANY Apples or go-gurt.
And they are mean!!

I am sick/not feeling well and therefore ordered a large orange juice through the drive through. I received my orange juice in a medium cup. I then went inside to question what I though was a mix up and waited patiently in line for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile watching them screw up the person's order at the front of the line. When I finally got to the counter and asked the male employee about the cup size I was not given a clear explanation instead I got -"That is a large, I don't know what the difference is."- A woman manager (or employee in a blue shirt) approached the counter in an annoyed manner annd offered no professional assistance. If she had said something along the line of -"I'm sorry for the confusion but because of .... we must serve our juices in a smaller size cup."- I would have been ok. But because she was not doing her job as a hirer staff member, I became confrontational. On my way outside, I heard the first employee say to me -"F*ck you"- and the manager lady called me a -"B*tch"- infront of several people waiting at the counter for their order. Their whole interaction was not at all professional or helpful. I work in customer service and have customers swear at me all day but I must grin and bear it as part of my job. And if there are smaller portions for juices vs. soda, the ounces should be specified clearly on the menu.
