Contracted Flooring and repairs never completed. Since April of 2013 while closing on the house addressed. Hardwood Floors and More were to add wood floors to the master bedroom, closet and half bath. The work done was not acceptable - leaving several gaps and floor boards that are currently coming out of the floor due to poor workmanship. There have been several instances where they have not returned phone calls and emails and have not completed the required repairs - they have failed to produce an invoice for the original work. The manager on duty has yelled at me on a phone call stating that he will no longer come out to my home to complete the repairs because he has been there too often. The floors are still a mess after already paying for them, they have not kept their warranty at all and have not kept their word to repair what was never done correctly in the first place. This has been going on for over a year. All the repair work done has been shoddy at best and I've had to continually contact the company again and again to get someone out to the house to complete the job and now they're refusing to.

I needed hardwood and tile for my house and went to several stores. I was told by several friends to go to Hardwood Floors & More and I finally did. Not only was I surprised by how good the pricing was, but their knowledge was by far the best in town. The remodel went great.

I visited several stores before making my final decision on hardwood floors for my family room. Hardwood Floors and More had a great selection and the staff was very knowledgable and helpful. When they came to my home they were on time and professional. I would highly recommend.

I am renting and we had water damage. The owner decided to go through hard wood floors and more and this has been a horrible experience. We have had nothing but trouble trying to get them out there to complete their work. It took a few weeks for them to complete and it still is not complete. Not happy and wish the owner would have let us use someone else.

I was very nervous prior to our huge remodel. Not only was Hardwood Floors and More able to completely renovate our master bath, but they were able to refinish our floors and update all our tired brass lighting fixtures. This was our best experience with construction ever.

These folks at Hardwood Floors and More are great until they have your money. After that, don't count on them to care about you being a satisfied customer. My impression is that they don't care if small, insignificant customers are happy. You are much better going to Lowes or Home Depot.
