In short Pollard's office is one of the worst you will ever experience. Getting an appointment is a nightmare. And see the doctor is even worse. It is typical to wait 2-3 hours to see Pollard for 7 minutes. The office staff forgets to send your referrals, they forgot to send the record to the specialist, and you have to call the 3-4 times for everything, they still don't do the job. It took them 2 months for my CT scan letter. And 3 weeks to fax my record to gastrologist.
I want to submit an official complaint about my physician. Pollard Jr Leslie J MD.
