Provided by SuperpagesSpent 3 months trying to get a simple replacement part for our hot tub. Told that the manufacturer had them on back order (after waiting for several weeks for a response from their service department AND having to pay for the part up front) and then finally told that they could not even get in touch with the vendor for the part (again, after waiting weeks for a response from their service department). Perhaps they do not value "small" customers or perhaps they are not staffed properly or don't have good customer service processes in place. No matter what, they were spectacularly unresponsive and unhelpful. Definitely would recommend going somewhere else.

Provided by SuperpagesPete Allewine built our pool when he worked for Arbour Pools. We "followed" him to Pete Allewine Pool and Spa. At first, we were very pleased; however, we are extremely disappointed in the lasting quality of their work. We are having to replace our liner every 5 years. This time, the liner is pulling away from the wall of the pool and ripping where the drain line's holding the liner up. The lady on the phone said I needed to go with a more expensive liner. We have a med. grade liner (still not cheap),but what does "pulling away from the pool wall" have to do with liner thickness? I think it has more to do with the quality of workmanship during the installation. ... since we were told the average life span of our med. grade liner is 8 to 10 years. We've called and visited the shop in person; yet, it's been 3 weeks and we're still waiting to hear from them. I'm very disappointed.

Provided by Superpagesi.e., A lo User Rating: 5 out of 5 stars by Thomas 12/07/2010 The people at this place are terrific. We purchased our hot tub in Dec. 2007. They gave us a great price, delivered when they said they would, and followed up to make sure we were happy. Our house is about 45 miles from the store in Evans. We recently had an electrical problem with the spa and called them to see what they could suggest. They told me they would come out the next day to look at the spa. They showed up as promised and replaced a circuit board at no charge (covered under warranty). Whether it is stopping to buy chemicals, getting water tests, or this repair, we have been treated well. We highly recommend them! cal favorite, or highly recommended because
